Return & Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and we will happily give you a FREE pre-paid return label for any order shipping inside Malaysia. Return your order to us within 30 days of when it was sent, and we'll credit your account using the same method you used to pay.
If the product has not been destroyed or used after 30 days, we will only be able to give cashback. For returns made after 30 days, the customer is liable for the shipping charges.
